How booking works
Choose your service, your professional, and your preferred time, then send your request. YOLY IDEAS contacts you shortly to confirm the professional, date, details, and free estimate. A requested date is not confirmed until we approve it with you.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as early as you can by phone, text, or email and we will rework the plan with you. Recurring clients keep their preferred professional whenever scheduling allows.
Substitutions
If your preferred professional is unavailable, we offer her next available dates, another trusted professional, or a spot on her request list. We never replace your selected professional without notifying you first.
Communication
We communicate by phone, text, or email using the contact method you choose in your request. Appointment confirmations and reminders come from YOLY IDEAS or our scheduling provider.
